These codes are examples from our catalogue, not a country sales ranking or live-stock promise. Manufacturer examples show historical applications only; the complete code, vehicle version and fitment require unit-level verification.
- 1NZ — Toyota 1NZ-FE: 1.5L petrol in historical Corolla references. Do not substitute a 2NZ-FE by code family alone.
- 2NZ — Toyota 2NZ-FE: 1.3L petrol in the historical NZ line-up; compare the full code and vehicle version with 1NZ-FE.
- 2AZ — Toyota 2AZ-FE: 2,362cc petrol in a historical Estima reference. Confirm the FE suffix and vehicle equipment.
- 4JB1 — Isuzu 4JB1: 2.8L diesel in an official historical reference. Check turbo, controls and included truck accessories.
Check the proposed engines
Before dispatch, compare the final packing list and visible unit labels with the accepted quotation. Unit photos and any available inspection record should identify the same engines. Confirm the packing method and loading documents before shipment, and ask your local clearing agent to verify current Kenyan import requirements.
